@@afterzanzibar thats a pretty stupid statement. Are you aware of how different individuals are built? You could be built like a tank and lifting ur entire life, but as a 5`5 male ul prob never be able to do that, at the same time at that height ur bodyweight will be much less. Theres tons of people at 180 built like tanks, but bear hugging a dryer at the same weight will be a very different task in difference to someone 7 foot weighing 300 pounds. And if you see my other comment here i did some research and discovered a dryer is way lighter than most people think. since im not native english speaker i was unsure and confused if it was a washing machine or dryer, and because washing machines can weigh up to 300 pounds and a dryer can weigh as little as 100 pounds its a very different story.

I ordered a new bedroom set. Big black man slides the chest height dresser to the end of the truck and pauses for a second. I assume he’s waiting for his partner. Nope. Dude squats down and lifts this 8 foot wide chest height *dresser* over his shoulder and walks up my inclined driveway then sets it down gentle as a baby.

Nah if it was a washer that would be impressive. Dryers are very light, if yours isnt wall mounted try and move it a few centimetres and you shouldn’t get much resistance.

It’s not heavy. Just large. Like newer tvs, new washers and dryers are under 80 lbs.

Dryer’s sent that heavy. I worked for Sear in merchandise pickup in college and would lift them into trucks by myself all the time.

Im really only interested in wrestling. I incorporate deadlift a lot because I think it's the most important lift but I will try the carries. Seems interesting for the core

When I bought my first house I bought a brand new washer & dryer. After I moved out my old Kenmore washer & dryer, I realized I made a mistake. The new washer & dryer weight nothing, the old units were super heavy!

Dryers aren't heavy, I can carry one easily and I'm only 5'7" and far from super strong. Now if he did that with a Euro style washing machine (the type designed to go in the kitchen with a big block of concrete on top of the drum!) Then I'd be impressed!

I agree with all the different types of movement, however, farmers walking is best done with a weight in 1 hand. Weights in both hands actually make it easier to balance.
