God is real and God is love. We are created to love God, trust God, and glorify God no matter what. We can't truly love God unless we trust Him and if you can't find God it's because you are not looking for Him. God knows our hearts and will allow anyone to be deceived who wishes to be. What we call life is just a test an illusion to see who loves God and how much. Anyone who truly loves God will keep God first, keep His 10 commandments, love their neighbors as themselves and do their best not to sin. We all sin and have fallen short of the glory of God. This is why God sent His only begotten son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins so that all those who believe in Him and do their best to live a life that is pleasing to God will not perish but have everlasting life. Heaven and hell exist and the things we say and do in this lifetime will testify for us or against us and determine where we spend eternity. I was born in a Christian home and went looking for The Truth because I could see lies and deception in religion and wanted to know why there are so many different beliefs and religions. God gives us choices but wants us to choose Him. God allowed satan and his demons to test my faith with a demonic attack while He taught me a lesson about patience, holding my peace, and trusting Him no matter what. The Bible is true and this world is a lie. Spiritual warfare is going on right now and demons are fallen angels that work thru all people tempting us to sin and trying to win souls because it hurts God. God has given me spiritual discernment wich is the ability to detect these spirits. God wants me to help wake up the walking dead. The walking dead are people who don't know God are what He expects from us. God want us to love Him above everyone and everything. He also wants us to love everyone else like we love ourselves, to study His Word, and pray daily. Always remember our enemies are demons not the people they work thru. If we can't forgive others God won't forgive us on judgement day. God is love and love is the fulfillment of Gods law. This world rejects God because it is ruled by satan but God is always in control. God expects everyone who knows the truth to tell everyone who has been deceived. The only way to be saved from our sins is by repenting and excepting God 's only begotten son Jesus Christ because He paid the price for all sin when He died on the cross and rose again. Freedom is free and Jesus is the key. God is love and love is the fufillment of Gods law+++

Personally I try to eat around 3000 calories a day but what I recommend gradually eating more and more every day because if you try eating all that right away you will feel sick all the time. Personally I start my day with oatmeal or cereal plus some fruit. Then I go to the gym and I drink Gatorade (100 calories) while I workout (preworkout before) after the gym I almost immediately go out to eat. I like to eat out because a lot of fast food places are very calorie dense, but I normally try to eat quality food like pasta with protein but it’s totally okay to eat in-n-out or other fatty foods If your far away from your weight goal. Then after that I drink OPTIUM NUTRITION mass gainer (1 scoop= 625 calories) then for dinner I like to eat smaller normally, so I’ll eat a FRESHLY meal prep (around 500-600 calories) finally Before I go to bed I eat: apple sauce, fruit cup, fruit snacks, mini muffins, and maybe a banana or some dried fruit, maybe some cheese and nuts. You could eat other snacks that are less healthy and way higher in calories (example: pastries, ice cream, etc) but I personally like to eat a lot of little snacks because it’s easier for me to eat I guess. Hope that helps.

Do face pulls. Go reverse hyperextensions throughout the day. Morning stretch is just for morning - you can choose if you really want to do it. Mobility is is necessary for your needs. Carries just do at the end of your session. Pull throughs do on leg day. Core do 1 more exercise as well as carries to end the session (a carry will count as one).

to help your posture one should do this with their palms pointed forward rather then to their sides. it forces you to activates your back muscles while palms pointed to the sides help move your shoulders forward. something so simple is greatly overlooked. it also helps activate the biceps rather then just dangling your arms to your side. one can even do this while doing curls or just partial curls. an exercise for some, a requirement for me when i have to haul my own water in 5 gallon buckets. trust me, palms forward helps tremendously.

As a beginner a normal diet is fine.Getting stronger if you can eat when you are hungry is simple. Like .6 or .7 grams protein/ lb lean body mass should be more than enough. Gaining muscle while you have a lot already and are at like 8% body fat takes more specific food. As does getting to very low body fat % while maintaining lots of muscle.

@Shivasyn135 жыл бұрын
Try them for around 20-30 meters with a weight and go up from there. Depending on your strength you will adjust. I personally do them 20-30 meters or double with 70% of bodyweight (total in both hands) because the gym I go to has no place for them. I go to 100% of bodyweight for 20 meters, for more than 100% i go as long as I can, which is 10 meters :)

The biggest part is the food you need to eat alot if you're skinny... Eat food with good protein it's Okay for it to have high carbs but try and make sure the carbs are good carbs and not just pure sugar, also some fat in the food don't hurt either... Some skinny people have a high metabolism if you don't know it's worth getting checked out if you do.. couse if u have a high metabolism it's possible you have to not do so much Cardio in the time you try to get bigger... Then there is sleep and rest witch is that time you're muscle actually grow so important with as much sleep as possible. Last but not least you need to increase that means constantly increase the weight or you constantly increase the repetition's.... I've been doing carries three times a week for the past month and I've noticed that it helps my general stability on all my big lifts. It's a great way to end a full body workout

Bilbo Waggins should i go for light, moderate, or heavy weight? And for how long?

@@volted_blitz8230 I go for a minute. 3 sets. You want a weight than you can handle while keeping good posture and then progressively increase the weight each workout if you can. I'm a weak skinny guy-- I started with 45lb plates. Good luck and remember to keep good posture, you should feel like you're pinching your shoulder blades together.

I currently walk half a mile with 45 pound plates in each hand. This is also a huge mental game. Don’t stop when you’re done, stop when you’re finished.
