Can you do any exercise in the morning, or should you just stick with walking. I might fancy going swimming or hitting the rowing machine. Also what about sauna when fasted before exercise, I'm sure Thomas Delauer mentioned about that one. O thought head to the pool ho the sauna and so the swim after.

First step, don't eat. Second step, drink water. Third step, if you get hungry, go for a long walk. Fourth, wrap your lips around some fat, once a day. Fifth step, cold showers.

One of the best talks about the bottom line on fat loss...I have been a diabetic for10yrs with heart problems. My cardiologist is either incompetent or received subpar training. She never has spoken about any of these issues and neither has my G.P. I know I'm preaching to the choir but the Medical System and educating and handing out credentials to med students needs a serious overhaul. Thank God for KZbin channels like yours and the info on the internet!Rock on Baby😻🙏😻💯💯💯

Step 1 : 30 min walk 1st thing when you waketh Step 2 : Cold shower after walk Step 3 : drink coffee with mct oil 90 mins after waking Step 4 : fast til lunch Step 5 : before breaking yr fast, consume 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar ( diluted ) 20 mins before eating Step 6 :

Love your work. Thanks! However, love handles are not visceral fat, its subcutaneous fat. Visceral fat is between the organs and sometimes in the muscles; very dangerous. Some people are rail thin and still have dangerous visceral fat, like some long distance runners.

I love that you respond to people’s questions ❤ So I have an old ankle fusion and can’t walk like I used to. I’m in a brace. Often lots of pain. Sometimes when I feel OK I do laps in my house (24 steps each direction) and get a few extra thousand steps in. My aim is 6000 a day. It used to be about 15k. Do you have any other suggestions for me since I can’t count on walking? I’m carnivore since May 13. I’ve lost 20 pounds and I can’t get any more off. I need to lose 60 more. It’s a bit frustrating. Thank you SO much!

Great info ! The only thing that sucks is when I break my fast I break it with a pre-workout drink and then I work out but you're saying work out with no caffeine in you or anything. I usually do a 16 to 18 hour fast . You didn't specify in this video how long you just said to eat at 12:00 but I don't know when you stop eating prior to that❤

By your IF, you'd stop eating anywhere from 6 pm to 8 pm. Your eating window starts again at noon the next day

Wasn't there research years ago that showed women who did swimming gained weight from the cold water? Or maybe they didn't lose weight as compared to women who did other 3xercise...?

I've read that Mike Phelps, when he was in training, would eat about 6000 cals. per day; spending all that time in cold water caused the body to burn more fat to stay warm. I can't see how women would be any different in terms of caloric deficit.

It usually is but most people want to lose some of their love handles . the visceral fat, to your point is around the organs

Stop eating by 8pm, morning 30 min fasted walk + weight training , 2 minutes cold plunge , keep fasted till noon but you can have coffee and Mct oil. Breakfast with ACV then eat breakfast at noon (steak and eggs)
