If I don't wear socks, in the morning I feel as if my legs are almost knee-deep in cold water. It's also unpleasant in the heart. Why? The heart squeezes out blood, which makes a cycle and returns. This blood is warm. But if your legs are cold, then cold blood returns to the heart and the heart becomes cold. It's like a heart cramp. The heart begins to work less.
