Brother, first try to identify the root cause of your problems, there is always one. Once you identify it, focus on shifting your perspective. For example if you're depressed about something or someone saying something to you, remind yourself that whatever they have been saying is not true and that no one can affect you whatsoever except yourself. Also remember to seek the pleasure of Allah because he is definitely real and watching us every moment in our life and nothing good we do will go to waste. insha'Allah may Allah be pleased with our efforts and grant us Jannah Ameen

@@SpiritualSafar.Salam alaykoum, I’m speaking from experience and inshallah I will let you know just one remedy and it will by the will of Allah swt cure your depression and give you a tranquil heart.. based on the Hadith of prophet pbuh “recite albaqarah, for it is a blessing and abandoning it is a huge regret”. So recite it on daily basis in one seating at least once, if you can do more it’s huge. Do not go more than 3 days without reciting it at least once. your life will turn 360 degrees inshallah. you’ll be a lot calmer and all the waswas will literally vanish, it will keep you away from sins which are the cause of depression and anxiety.

The thing thay cured my depression was 1) Seeking Knowledge 2) Trusting Allah with everything 3) Having 1 righteous friend 4) Doing challenging things and going out of my comfort zone to suffer 5) Embrace suffering and remember it is improving you as a man 6) Be busy on your ambitions and don't sit around doing nothing 7) Delete social media 8) Never be a people pleaser
