Bedros, my biggest problem is fighting through chronic pain. I was crushed between 2 vehicles (as a pedestrian) by a drunk driver in 2006. The arthritis, muscle damage and back problems are unpredictable every morning. My body seems to loosen up throughout the morning by stretching and water intake. Do you have any suggestions on how to overcome this morning obstacle? My goal is to work out every morning vs putting it off until the afternoon, which often ends up being a missed day in the gym. I believe the biggest problem is my body's hydration. Is there anything you suggest taking before bed to remain hydrated throughout the night or the best thing for hydration in the morning other than water? Pedialyte etc.?

Hi Bedros, I just arrived in Argentina two weeks ago for my exchange study, and I was so motivated by this, I have done a marathon two weeks in the exchange. I have heared you say this in a few older shows, and I remembered it, when I was offered the opportunity. 10 km, two weeks of training, and I never felt better.

Bedros got me up 6 am every day for 30 days now. Life changed instantly. Don’t just watch these episodes, take actual action every day. It’s action that will make the actual change. All it takes is a decision. He provides more than enough action points! And if you already doing so keep going! 💯💯

@@nextgenuserdefinitely!! You are a rockstar bruh.. Just a little advice about your “work” search.. I learned decades ago, (yeah I’m old🤦🏽, That you HAVE to treat FINDING WORK, THE SAME AS GOING TO WORK!.. That means spending 8 hour shifts, researching, applying and calling business!!.. Also, make follow up phone calls!! Lastly, consider calling organizations that specialize in trades or Job training..They typically have the money and massive contacts…I’m talking about every local union, every employment agency, every trade school!! Whatever you do, just treat it finding an 8-hour Job!! Peace and Blessings from East Bmore🙏🏽.. If you were here In Maryland, we would train you for your CDL for free!! Not to mention a guaranteed Driving Job as long as you agreed to sign on for atleast a year..💪🏼💪🏼

I just wanted to say thank you Bedros. Within a year I was injured, lost my career job, sold my car and house, then earlier this year my fiancée left me. Within 6 months after the break up I have lost 30lbs of fat, am currently taking an online course, and hopefully later this year Ill be able to get into university for the nursing program that begins next year. It is crazy how fast things can change, and it is up to us to decide in which direction our life will go after devastation. Much love crew!

A fathers job is to be a pain regulator for his family, he takes the pain away when its to much but also allows pain when he knows the kids need to man up. You are the father of so many hurting people who need it. You take the pain away from so many people and replace it with strength! Got nothing but mad respect for you bro!

G’day mate, I live in Brisbane Australia and I’ve really struggled to find a podcast that I can listen too without turning it off within the first few minutes. They’re usually just some bloke talking shit about crap that no one can relate too, or just pumping product. Your concepts and mindset are exactly what I’ve been looking for, and I’m excited to listen to more of your work. It’s currently 0649 in the morning and I’m about to start the week off on the front foot from listening to this podcast on my way to my first job for the day. Peace & love from Aus mate!!

This one hits home. I work at a job where I don't do much so it makes me feel lazy. I want to do something and I don't want to do anything at the same time. I dont have to be here until 8 and I get here at 7 to avoid traffic so I do nothing for an hour before I have to sit around all day. So I'm going to take that first hour and turn it into a workout and mindset ritual. That way I can start my day productive and it will make the rest of the day productive.

This experience left me traumatized and I have no job but I have a wonderful woman beside me who was there all along to support me, I have a beautiful family and Im strong again.
