Today I'm a bit annoyed with myself 😬: I forgot the time, spent too much time on my hobby and that‘s why I sat a lot today. After that, unfortunately, I noticed my back, but the stretching did me a lot of good. ☺️Next time, when I'm creative, I'll take small breaks from movement. 😉 Thank you for the beneficial workout, Hannah! 🥰

It's great to hear you were enjoying what you are doing. I sometimes spent so much time on journaling or rearrange things in my house and only realized it after getting done. Though I think its a good thing as we were having time for ourselves 💛 so much love to you!
