This may sound dramatic but I am literally shocked at how this technique has literally changed my whole look. I am 52 and due to menapause under eyes have sunk slightly. Previously it was apparent as they have that sunken look however using the damp sponge blends the eye under area with the rest of the face. Unbelievable. Thank you.

This is a very good tutorial. I’ve been trying to figure out which products give me my favorite undereye concealer look consistently. So for that reason I’ve gone back to using the Too Faced Born this Way concealer. When I let it sit a minute, it blends out beautifully. My favorite setting powder for my undereye is Charlotte Tilbury. It blurs my undereye like the finishing powder you featured. I have a Clarins primer that when I read the reviews, a lot of people said that it was great under your undereye concealer and it is true.

The concealer part.... I agree, the type of concealer you use makes a big difference. I use to think since I use a matte foundation I needed to use a matte concealer. . It will dry up under your eyes and the creasing is even worse. So I started using a creamier concealer and it's a game changer.

As I was browsing through the world of KZbin and saw this video, here in my mind I thought “oh just another” tutorial on how to put on concealer “the correct way.” Let me guess you need to get “this” powder you need to get “this” concealer or “more”powder or “more” concealer, or “less” powder or “less” concealer. But that was not the case here. Your tips and tricks were very easy to follow, and it worked so well. Yea I still have some creasing, but overall LESS creasing and it looks really good. I'll have to give this a shot! I'm pretty sure I skipped out on those teenage years experimenting with make-up because I was a super tomboy but now I realize I missed out. I'll have to try this! I've also learned that I do not like a bright under eye, So what I started doing was using a concealer closer to my skin tone,then setting with a lighter s/powder,,or the reverse,,using a lighter concealer with a s/powder closer to my skin tone, and I feel like I like the outcome of that better,since I'm not big on concealer, but still playing around with it to see if it's my technique why I don't like it lol.

You did an amazing job hooking me into this video. It wasn't originally what I was looking for but it was so informative without doing too much. Literally said what needed to be said and moved on. With a demonstration! and showing the differences. Just wish you zoomed in some when you wanted us to see the difference in under eye. THANK YOU
