As someone working in AI with 5 years of experience in a great product based company, I used to study 6 hours a week. Please don't listen to this BS it will only deteriorate your mental health. Equal effort is required from both student and teacher. Agar aap 15 ghante din k padh rahe hai and apka teacher kuch nahi karta then usse better aap 2-3 ghante aise teacher se padho jo aap pe full focus kare and apke doubts ko personally clear kare. Edit: more than academic knowledge, skill is appreciated in all industries. If you focus on improving your communication and interpersonal skills then it'll help you more in your career.

@@Samay-v5r teachers are getting paid bro. Education technology became the most profitable business during the covid. Companies like byjus and akash knew how to take advantage of the fear that you just mentioned and make money out of that. Mai ye nahi keh raha k mat padho but 8 ghante khali academic studies karne se koi fayda nahi hoga. Trust me I used to study only 6 hours a week and I still regret why I didn't use other time to focus on other skills. Soft skills are more important than these academic knowledge. Zyada achha rank/marks laoge to interview call to aa jayega but you won't be able to clear it. See the statistics. 80% of engineers in India are unemployable kyuki unko communicate karna nahi aata. And not just communication but other skills like problem solving, teamwork, decision making, business strategies are also more important.

What if i study for 15 hours and attended all lectures online but my exam did not clear.. Selection bhi nahi hua heath aur eye sight bhi kharab ho jayegi aur jindagi ke 2 saal gayab... Aur man lo iit ho gya baad me package nahi laga fir 12 lakh fees college ki aur 6 years of life ended. Including 2 years of preparation.
