The steampunk build was the second build in all of your build reviews with a steampunk aesthetic. To be honest I thought the first one was unbeatable until I saw this one. Absolutely amazing. So detailed, so good!!! It made me want to live my own steampunk fantasy. Also it reminded me a bit of Howl's Moving Castle 🥰

Sarah, I _think_ if you move your selected sim to the same floor (off-camera), the camera won't go vroom anymore. Try using a debug option or mod just to teleport your sim inside a bookcase or something.

Number 2 and 3 are only usable if you have spell casters with magic brooms or access to the teleport spell.

I only have base game (and some build packs, one game pack, jungle adventure) and I can teleport. Just shift click on the spot and the teleport prompt comes up.

The steampunk build was very Studio Ghibli- whimsical and fantastical but also mechanical and weathered. Also, they mentioned Bella Goth, but the only human in there was the skeleton... 😳

How to stop the camera from going all wonky on upper levels in build mode: it involves messing with the code a bit so you might want to *make a copy of your game before trying it* but it’s really very simple and you can just copy/paste some lines from here. Windows: Find file: The Sims 4 > Game > Bin > res > camera.ini Open it and then enter CTRL+F > input “ignorelotlevel” (w/o quotation marks) > change all values from false to true (3 times) > save Mac: At the top of the screen press Go > Go to folder… (or command+shift+G) and enter "/Users/[yourusername]/Applications/The Sims 4.app/Contents/res" (w/o quotation marks) > double click to open camera.ini > enter command+F > input “ignorelotlevel” (w/o quotation marks) > change all values from false to true (3 times) > save *It is important you save.* The camera movements should be a lot smoother, idk if FGG will see this but people may find this helpful. (Also apologies to console users but I have no idea how to do it for console. ;-;)
