I live in Broken Bow, drive a silver Samurai. Love seeing the Ouachitas. See them before they're gone. Fun fact: The Ouachitas used to be called "Winding Stair Mountains". You may remember the marshall found Tom Chaney hiding out in a silver mine in the Winding Stairs in the climax of a little movie called True Grit.

At 11 minutes when people tell you what to do and they keep saying the same thing over and over and sometimes I wonder if they're making it up as they go LOL what I've noticed in my disco is just stay in the throttle and it finds it away very rare do I have to actually stop and adjust I just have to treat it like a Rover and not and open diff vehicle

I find the same is true. Plan on making a video on that topic at some point in the near future.

Land rover just don't seem or maybe they refuse to get it...you need bigger tyres...265/65/18 at least

I agree. They make it harder with each new model.

I agree. Also to not let off the throttle right when it starts to spin and let the TC actually work because it does I have bigger tires on mine and I'll be going up some powdery cross axle stuff in Arizona totally sinking in and if I just nail the throttle nine times out of 10 it literally starts grabbing when people would have bet money I was getting stuck

Another problem is some of the newer ones like D3 and up when they started heavy mass production with unibody construction (which was only to help mass production it wasn't because it was better) can hardly fit much bigger because it just straight up rubs the fenders when any bump is encountered without pretty significant suspension and body lift mods. It's a tough pill to swallow for some of the newer owners to realize that yes newer has greater Comforts and technology in certain ways but that literally does not mean that by default being more modern it's off-roading is more capable. I think most people are guilty of that thought process. Now newer ones can do better because they have less age sometimes on them but if you were to have a brand new discovery 2 and a brand new D4 or 5 right out of a time capsule the Discovery 2 has more articulation and can do more bone Stock both vehicles. Depending on how much throttle you're willing to give at least lol
