Thank you, Rudi, for sharing your gliding story & your remarks regarding this flight. Quite interesting as for me.

Hello Tadek, thank you for your feedback! I am always happy when somebody takes the time to comment. It keeps me motivated to invest time in such videos, especially when they are nice like yours :-). P.S.: tomorrow my new video is going to be released, which will be similar to that one - I think you will like it again 😃👍

I've not flown for 8 years because of low finances and projects I've had to put my time into so I'm having to get my kick from watching other people fly. I also learn a lot from these vids so thanks for uploading.

Good story telling. I often struggle to follow what happens on gliding videos and take little new infos from them, but yours is really different. Not too long and provides all the necessary details. Thanks and keep them coming :)

Rudi - Hands down the best narrated cross county gliding video I've seen (and I follow several). Excellent editing, map work and graphics. You really have the video editing nailed ! Well done on such a professional video and well done for executing a challenging flight. I've subscribed !

Great video! Especially like the mixture of video with SeeYou visualization, and the explanations of your thinking. Persistence!

Hi David, thank you very much for your comment! It is good to get feedback what is appreciated by the audience 😀! And it encourages me to continue to spend my time with creating videos 😀! By the way i did not use SeeYou for the visualisation, it was a website called soaringlab.eu in the pro version. You can check it out on the web. Thank you for your comment 😀!

question 4 you or the group- I'm fairly new to Gliders. I know a lot about all the different types of GA Powered planes from Cessna, Piper, Beech-craft, then light sport models, experimental s & ultralights etc. But I haven't a clue about types of Gliders besides the older wooden style gliders in the 1960s, single or two seater gliders. But is there a website that can start to display the different brands worldwide, custom experiments as well. Thanks

Nice video with great analysis. You should wear a hat when you fly... I mean, when you shoot videos about flying. You make us bald guys look bad. ;)

Servus! Wie immer super Video. Da ich selbst auch kleine Videos mache und nirgends Antworten gefunden habe, bitte ich dich um Info wo ich Tutorials finden kann, wie man Seey You Files in ein Video integriert. Danke!
@RudisGlidingAdventures2 жыл бұрын

Was your TEK pneumatic switch in the correct gliding flight position?
@RudisGlidingAdventures2 жыл бұрын
Hi John, interesting question. This position turned out to be the best for the previous installed variometer. Since some months we have now the S100 installed. Maybe things are different now, I will check it as soon as the season starts now 😃. Thanks for your hint!
@johngalloway1562 жыл бұрын
@@RudisGlidingAdventures I can't read the smallest print on the labels in the video but usually in motorised Schempp-Hirth gliders when the TEK switch is in the down position the TEK line has a restriction in it to protect the variometer when the engine is running. Of course, if you are using electronic total energy on the S100 it will make no difference.
