Your loved ones are absolutely always with you. They're omnipresent, for all of those who's lives they have touched and they're guiding you throughout your life. I regret so much losing touch with my nan when I grew up, who was a best friend to me as a child. I reconnected with her months before she passed but I know she's around. I can feel her when I think of her. 💕 You're so blessed to have Connor being so supportive for you. That's so rare in men I have come to find. Such a wonderful couple. 💕

I moved from the U.K. to Greece over 40 years ago. I was in my mid twenties and between jobs and it was a huge decision but I didn’t have a partner, children or pets and I lived in rented property in London. There were no visas involved but as Greece wasn’t in the EU back then, I had to leave the country every 3 months. Once I got married to a Greek, I received automatic dual citizenship which made my life so much easier,however, since Brexit, things have changed a great deal. All these years later, I have a great husband,2 adult boys, a dog and I honestly don’t regret the move. The weather plays a massive role in my happiness here and the pace of life really suits me.It’s not so hard to visit England when I feel the need but the USA is a lot further away. For those thinking about making a big move, it’s not easy and there’s a lot of excitement at the beginning but it needs a lot of time to decide if it’s the right thing for you- many return to their homeland .You guys don’t have the pressure of learning a new language which I did,but I admire you having the kudos to follow your dreams and wish you much continued happiness.❤️

I’m Greek and would love to move to the uk, I’m actually half British but haven’t lived there, do u regret moving to Greece?
@sophiemic19608 ай бұрын
@@bettyprivitera1848I’m half Greek and moved from Corfu at 18 to the uk. I’ve been there 8 years and have wanted to move back every single day of those 8 years🤣 work/money is better in the uk but quality of life is better in Greece. Every person I know that has moved to the uk from Greece have all said they hate england and how depressing it is but for some reason we all hang on and remain in england. Personally I want to build a business that will allow me to travel to Greece and have that flexibility to be in both places as both have pros/cons but if I had to choose one, it would be Greece.
@bettyprivitera18488 ай бұрын
@@sophiemic1960 thanks so much for answering. Wishing you good luck on your new business. Sounds ideal to be able to live in both countries . Bad thing here in Greece is that people are struggling and being mostly rude to each other. I find it exhausting

Omg I’m hoping to move to Greece from UK next year hopefully, can u please share any tips or information on the visa process. My boyfriend is Greek lives in Athens.
@aliceinwonderland.20808 ай бұрын
@@phoebegoddard4090 The best and most reliable source of information can be found on the Government website which will inform you of your legal rights. I believe there’s a limit of 90 days stay every 6 months since Brexit unless you apply for a Greek Schengen visa which will extend it to a 6 month stay. If you marry a Greek citizen you will be entitled to a Greek Residents Permit but not Greek citizenship. This is valid for 1-2 years but can be renewed and after 5 years of legal residence, I believe one can apply for a long- term residence. Please check these details on the website though to be sure of your entitlements. I do hope you enjoy living here as I love it and would only ever want to return to the U.K. for holidays. Good luck and all the best.

Loved the Q and A, my eldest lives in bathford and my grandchildren will be going to secondary school in bath in about 3yrs and it scares me so much after those stabbings, i dont want to let them out of my sight. My mum passed 6yrs ago in july and i was devastated it was so unexpected, i totally understand your grief 💔 sending love to u all ❤❤❤

Definitely Disneyland or Disney world for sure! 🎉 the way you talk about your mom is so beautiful, I just know she’s so proud ❤
