Showcasing variations to me is the most important. I spent hours trying to find the right kind of ring on Etsy and as I’m not extremely familiar with stone names this could have been really handy. To me, this is important because even if they have a certain stone, for example, coral or opal, it can still be confusing because it could be fire opal, or raw coral, or glass that looks like coral and you’d have no idea how it would look with the design. If you’re going to pay a pretty penny on jewelry you want, you want to make sure you’re getting what you really want. I had to go into the different stores and find other pieces that did display a specific stone to see if it’s good quality. If they didn’t have one displaying the stone I’m looking for, it’s true, I would back out and find someone else. It really does matter that they display their stones, it doesn’t matter if every stone is different, at least you get the general idea next to the specific piece you’re looking at. I’d imagine this helps less returns, exchanges, and loss of buyers.

Her shop is the bomb! I just found her randomly on the search bar for necklaces! I’m a REPEAT customer. I buy just to buy! She has the best customer service and high quality products. I don’t know how she make those items at those prices for real gold and diamonds

Real gold???! No dude!

Real gold and diamonds?? What are you smoking? Her stuff is flash plated over copper, which means it's not even quality enough to legally qualify as goldplated. Also it's all made in China FYI.

@2:51 Why do you say "over 8000 listings" when the screen clearly shows 1319 ?

Do you know if her shop is handmade or if she does print on demand? Looking for a reputable supplier
@creativesmallbusinessclub Жыл бұрын
Her products are handmade by her and her team. She isn't a supplier so you'd need to find somewhere else to source materials.

@@creativesmallbusinessclub They do not craft lol So naive !!! The buy just from Chinese supplier or ask to change colors for stone/ customise a piece ! Beautiful photos and good marketing does not make them a legit brand ! All products are available on Chinese market so please stop selling lies like that. Maybe you genuinely do not know and believe what you are saying.. trust me they do not craft a thing. They just put everything beautifully in boxes with their brand ! I honestly do not care were their products come from .. but I care when we are told lies ... ! They should not be on Etsy ...

@@creativesmallbusinessclub I am sorry to say they are just very good at marketing and making it look like it is not Chinese !! all their products can be found already on Chinese market (I am not talking about international Chinese markets.. but national ones) .. they just have to select and ask to make the product already available, to be produced in different colors !! people are juste so naive just because they see beautiful photos and they are not in the business !! But they are very good at bullshitting us ! Their team do not craft a thing ! they just manage to stock, take care of expeditions, and marketing/advertising ! You can also see a lot of shops on Etsy sell the same things that Caitlyn.. the only difference is the photos/ marketing and the budget they have to buy more products, the capacity to work fast too !! So please .. stop saying it handmade by her team.. they just put the jewelry in boxes... and put a brand on it !

@@frenchysabrina7979 exactly my toughts...I sell also on etsy and I create handmade jewellry, and as a small shop on etsy it's impossible to have these huge sales also everything to be this perfect, I admire this shop but at this point I don't even know if it's a good example for people who really create handcrafted products, it's a bit unrealistic

@@creativesmallbusinessclub That is not true ! Apart from the personalized name or initials (which are still made from very cheap materials), everything she sells is produced in China. Her own ex-employees blew the whistle on GlassDoor and said she's basically a dropshipper.
