Good guess! Grizz is definitely a dominant individual, but it's actually Quinn who is the other dominant one! We can tell this through Aspen's body language because he keeps his head and tail down. Quinn and Grizz on the hand have their tails raised and Quinn even snaps at Aspen to tell him that she's the boss!
