In the 60s as a young boy, I remember my uncle had passed away, I was at the hospital with my family, he was pronounced dead in the room as everyone said a prayer for him, as we were leaving he was taken down to the morgue to be picked up by the funeral home. As he was being wheeled into the morgue he scared the hell out of the staff and awaked. He never spoke of what he had experienced, however there was not a day he did not go to mass at church.

My daughter Shannon passed away in her sleep on August 30th, and she died as a result of drugs. I am so devastated and Michael, I know your story with a wonderful young man I met on the boat.. When they leave, they take a piece of you with them. I am a born-again Christian and God has given me comfort. In Genesis 6:6 we read how he grieved. I think when we dream I think we dream of people and places in the here and now and people from our past who have died and are gone and then we dream about people we have never seen. Imagine that these are people yet to be born. Great topics you guys.

I just love this show. And I love these two men! For amazing insight into the afterlife, there is no greater source of detailed information than the writings of Emmanuel Swedenborg. It is also interesting to listen to near death experiences although with much discernment because a lot of people's NDEs are tailored more for the lessons they need to learn so it's wise not to get caught up in them.

In 2004 I threw up 5 units of blood and went out when the paramedics arrived. They said they ‘lost’ me for a couple of minutes. When I was gone I saw the white light and people walking into the light. I was just there observing in a very euphoric state until a very strong voice told me to “forgive her”. My wife had an affair. As soon as I said ok, I came back in the ambulance. In a great mood but w/o a blood pressure. I obviously made it but the trauma nurse said I was the most miraculous patient she’d ever been with in 14 years…. She added there was no medical explanation for my survival. I’m a believer . I’ve been grieving a horrible tragedy, and I went to a medium who draws who he connects with…he drew my love, no surprise, my dad, and this blew my mind….my great grandma! I’m not kidding. None of them were on Facebook or social media, so how? Their consciousness goes on. He also told me a story, made no sense to me, my cousin knew exactly what it meant. We definitely live on…at work I’m told I’m an eagle, but I like to think Im a descendant from dolphins…smart, communicators, and playful. I’d love to meet Chris Columbo, great storyteller. "The Boy Who Came From Heaven" (if that's the book you were thinking of) was written by Alex Malarkey (fitting name), who in 2015 admitted he "made the story up." I had a wild dream. Everyone in my life was at a get together. I did and a laid there a man showed up and said do not worry you will see everyone again. I asked who this man was and he's had he was stand father who died three before i born. I followed him to a dark, silent place which opened to a bright sunny place. A hearse was there and drove me to home I was raised in. Waiting in the living rom was was my other deceased grandfather sitting on coach. I was very close to him.The dream ended with me sitting between my grandfathers. I would take a afterlife like that

I do believe in the Afterlife. Not sure about the religious aspects, but I think we have souls/spirits & that we just go from one plane of existence to the next. I also think our brains have the capacity to be open to encounter the Afterlife while we're asleep through dreams because whatever energy the brain uses to stay awake & focused on tasks is open. I base it on 2 personal experiences that have moved me deeply. And once I reach the Afterlife, I certainly don't want to come back. I want to be with any & all family & friends who have passed. I just hope we can live peacefully there & even eat because my Madrina was a great cook.

I died a couple of times. Or my soul left my body a few times. Once when under sedation. I went through what I thought was a dimension but now I know I went through the wall but saw atoms and passed by them? It looked like a Kaleidescope but very scary to me. Then I was outside then took off like a bullet. In less than a minute, I was on another planet. What looked like a courtyard. I was in a group of about 30 people girls and boys all the same age about 18. A voice over a loud speaker said welcome to Sheol. Then said a bunch of rules? Then a bunch of screaming. No fire no brimstone? A bunch of buildings. I was the only one who took off running. I don't remember what happened but I remember coming back the same way. The last thing I remember was a few planets then 🌎 earth. The Kaleidescope thing then waking up. But I was slammed into my body. I was on all 4 looking around. I said that was f ing amazing. I remember everything. Everyone was looking at me? Because I was talking out loud as they were waking me up. Very cool very scary.
