Crispy pieces of fried chicken breast smothered in a sweet and sour sauce.
A Chinese style dish that's very popular in Pakistan & India.
INGREDIENTS:
Boneless Chicken 500g
One Egg
1tsp Salt
4tbsp Cornflour/ Cornstarch
Oil For Frying
INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
3 Green Chilies
1 cup Capsicum
1 Small Onion
1 tbsp Vinegar
3 tbsp Chili Sauce
3 tbsp Ketchup
3 tbsp Soysauce
Salt to taste
3 cups Water
1½ tbsp Cornstarch / Cornflour
