@HELPICANTFINDJOHNCENA10 ай бұрын
@@8HeartNCMSo you have been on carnivore for only a week? You also don't have to drink as much water as he says. I'm sure anthony is quite active as a person so he may need more water but also more electrolytes. Drinking 2gallons per day I would say is very excessive for the average person and will most likely lead to an electrolyte imbalance (which is deadly btw). Your yellow stools is also a sign your body is still adapting as your body isn't producing enough bile to digest your fats so you are just shitting it out instead basically. Which explains your low energy because you need the fats or energy. You have been on it for a week and I'm guessing your diet was high in sugar etc beforehand. BUT when you say your liver is giving you issues do you mean actual pain or discomfort? The liver is an organ and a very important organ lol if you have pain there then you should be getting checked out ASAP although I do feel like you are exaggerating as alot of people seem to think when they have pain in their torso it's always organ related. If you had heart pain for example do you really think you would be sitting here saying my heart is also giving me trouble on this diet my heart is always bothering me... Your reaction would be WTF GET A FKIN AMBULANCE so why would you still be sitting there casually saying oh and my liver is hurting I probably have liver failure... I guess I just need to tweak my water intake and my liver will start working again???

I am on day 4 of full carnivore. I ate pretty well before changing (mostly good proteins and fats, but too many carbs and sugars as well) - during COVID, I struggled a lot with the isolation and mental health aspects of the lockdown - got off my regimen - still ate mostly good stuff, but put on weight by being less disciplined and more sedentary working from home. So now for 2023, I am trying to kickstart a bit back to good health. I am trying to go strict carnivore for at least 30 days and then see how I feel - I do see myself adding more Keto type foods at some point if I make good progress. As of Day 4, I have noticed 3 main things: 1) Less abdominal bloating 2) dramatically reduced brain fog 3) Feeling like my blood sugar is super low (not in a good way - a bit light headed during physical activity). Hoping my body adjusts to the change and normalizes as the dietary part is not too tough for me (I love meat, eggs and "oily" type fish/shellfish anyway).

One thing that people don't grasp is that there is a dynamic interplay between intake of low-carb diet, animal foods, water, deuterium, electrolytes, and taurine. Nutritionist Mary Ruddick observed the Hadza drink very little water, even when it was hot and they were highly active. Deuterium-depleted water might play a large role, as high levels of deuterium require more water to eliminate it. Also, taurine will balance mineral levels, getting rid of excesses and maintaining what is needed.

Are you getting enough fat? So many people make the mistake of thinking keto means protein. You should literally be eating like 50 percent fat. I use about an entire tablespoon of butter on my already very fatty cuts of meat and when I've finished cooking I will pour the oil onto the food on my plate and use the butter oil as a sauce (i also dip my meat in a tiny bit of mayo). Keto and carnivore are very different. With carnivore you really do have to prioritize eating fat more than protein. If you don't want to try what I do. When you have finished cooking try cutting about 1cm thick and the whole block wide slab of butter and just melting it on top of your meat. Lack of energy 2months on says you are doing something wrong. Also like he said in the video don't eat first thing. I've never been a morning eater and for 6hours upon waking I don't eat and I blitzkreig through everything I do. I am literally called the machine at work😂😂 Oh and if you sre using butter make sure it is actually butter and not rapeseed oil or other seed oil toxic crap

So far I’m losing weight, which was my goal, but my energy is in the basement. Also, on the other diet I felt so much lighter within the first week than I do eating such heavy meat every day. The other diet worked better than any diet I had ever tried before but I know that it was not nutritionally sound in terms of protein. The portions were way too small and I wasn’t getting enough nutrition.

I’ve been carnivore since the first of the year, and it’s honestly, been changing my life! Super clean eating for the last year and a half since a genetic mutation diagnosis and trying to have babies (no sugar, no wheat, no dairy, no caffeine, no alcohol), but my body still wasn’t losing weight, but since starting Jan 1st, I’ve gone from 252 down to 238 in 12 days! I haven’t experienced much detox symptoms, my body is loving this, which is awesome. My question is, though, I do count macros just to make sure I’m eating enough because that felt like an issue the first few days, and my fat ratios are between 70 and 75% fat per day, but my BM’s are every 3 days and difficult to pass. Do I need even more fat than this? It feels almost hard to consume more at this point, or is it just my body still adapting? 😅

Feeling tired on carnivore..try this. Instead of 2 or 3 large meals, eat 5 or 6 small ones in a day. Focus on fatty 80/20 ground beef in EVERY sitting, and add a little of whatever small steaks or egg to this that you want. I switched to this after a month of tiredness, and now i can get through the afternoon hump AND go for a run after work finally. I think that as we adapt we can't process too much fat for energy in one sitting, and it gets wasted.. plus we feel full with all that protein sitting in the gut.

So many others claiming to increase their penis size, grow 6" taller, going from bald to full head of hair, and all this other BS after a few days on keto or carnivore. I was (and still am) somewhat skeptical but I have had some AMAZING changes in my bloodwork after just 6 weeks on carnivore. Like, off the chart incredible improvements in cholesterol (320 to 115 !) and triglycerides (1,148 to 124!!) I still wonder if they mixed up my blood with someone elses as I've never been under 500 triglycerides in my entire life. Also, I have lost 15 pounds and am at my ideal weight now....fairly effortlessly I must say. HOWEVER, those have been my only improvements. Not complaining, as those are good improvements, but nothing like many others state. No change in mental clarity (never had the problem), no change in energy (I'm still always tired), no better sleep, no getting up less at night to pee, nothing "magical" happening downstairs or with libido. You'd think with those incredible number improvements in my bloodwork, SOMETHING else would change besides just numbers on a piece of paper. So far, 7 weeks in, my improvements seem to be leveling off......I think, but who knows? Gonna try to push on another week then see how things go.

The amount of electrolytes i was using before is apparently nowhere near enough if you read 'the salt fix'

This is an older video but I hope someone sees this. lol. I am having a huge issue eating fat. I gag and get nauseous. Can’t put butter in my mouth and I can’t eat marrow straight. Any solutions?

How do you drink 2 gallons of water a day, without losing all your electrolytes?

I am 39 days in on strict carnivore. No cheats. No sweets, no alternative sweeteners. I have eaten nothing but animal products and have had nothing to drink but water. No exercise to deplete electrolytes besides a 2-3 mile walk a few times a week. I feel so tired, and not much has happened (such as weight loss) since the 2nd week. Feeling disheartened and cravings have not gone away. I feel everyone else has miraculous changes, and I have been struggling every minute of every hour.

Maybe this is a shock to your body… Perhaps too extreme. Especially as you say, you’re on strict carnivore. I’m on the program as long as you, but I’m giving my body time to adjust. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a extremely impatient and have a lot of weight to release, but remember this; It’s about healing our bodies first! The weight will follow when your body has done all the healing it needs. I’m wishing you all the best! Hang in there. 😊

Check the steak and butter gal’s support group called the steak and butter gang. You can get support and coaching. Look for link under her videos. Also consider oxalate dumping.

Some peoples bodies take longer to adjust to ketosis than others. Most people who have side effects report they go away in a few weeks, but Google says in extreme and and rare cases these symptoms can last a few months. Don't be discouraged brother

Maybe you've done "no exercise to deplete electrolytes" but I bet you'd perk Right UP if you had some! Splurge on some LMNT? You could mix your own later. Getting the 'ready made' would really 'get you over the hump'. Good luck!

On a Strict true Carnivore diet how do you get therapeutic amounts of the following critical micronutrients? 1. Folate 2. Potassium 3. Magnesium 4. Vit C 5. Bioflavonoids 6. Phytonutrients 7. Prebiotic fiber

He has videos on this. In a nutshell, apparently if you eat exclusively carnivore your gut doesn’t need things like vitamin c, pre/ probiotics, and fiber.

@@sgtaneja well he’s the expert so you can check out what he has to say about it but it’s something to do with the gut microbiome.

Five weeks on strict carnivore - still feeling pretty awful to be honest, no energy
