Slow cooking at a low temp also avoids produce hetercyclic amines which comes from high heat cooking / browning.

When I was pregnant with my first daughter, I never drank soda and didn’t eat many carbs or sugars, so when I took my glucose test, my blood sugar spiked and they diagnosed me with gestational diabetes. But every week at my checkups, my blood sugars were always really low for someone with “gestational diabetes”. I told them I thought my diagnosis was wrong and they agreed but kept it in my medical records, so it still follows me to this day 11 years later. 😅

We weren't poor until people bought their money to the Americas. When you get a cold or the flu, do you crave steak or do you gravitate more towards fruit or vegetables. What we eat when we are sick is actually the propper diet we are supposed to be eating. Being "sick"is your body saying I'd rather nit eat at all if you are gonna eat this, that's why we lose our appetite when we get sick.

We are not all the same. Like the polar bear , grizzly bear , Panda bear, THEY EAT DIFFERENT THINGS . Swap the food and they die. Just check out how seriously they take feeding in a zoo for instant. An owl will eat meat a parrot will not and so on. thats been the con because we bleed we all are Exactly the same and one shoe fits all..its a lie. We have to know Genetic and biology, He is assuming all aka races need meat which is wrong just like all don't respond great to veg , like him

Humans have only been around for just over 6000 years. That’s the farthest we have proof of human writings. It all started back in the garden of Eden. What’s your proof that humans have been around for millions of years? We don’t need to bash one another. Let’s have an open discussion.

Wrong, it was the discovery of fire and cooking food that caused the brain size to increase. CONFIRMATION BIAS, at its finest, from someone who obviously has no idea how to interpret scientific research.

T1 Diabetes Treatments allowing A1c's in the double digits & using hundreds of Units of Insulin.... IS INSANE. This COMMON PRACTICE condemned millions to obesity, blindness, amputations, kidney failure.... rather than using Low Carbs to control blood sugar with only 10 to 20 units. Plus...just the COST of 1 or 2 hundred units of Insulin...when it's NOT NECESSARY. What the hell is wrong with the Medical Profession?

I stopped eating all meat except for some fish at 11. I started having visual changes at 16 and my left leg went completely and suddenly at 21, leaving me with intractable chronic nerve pain. I have seen a top MS specialist since then, though I haven't *seen* him in years-- I have been noncompliant since before 2020. All they have to offer are immunosuppressents and opioids, and I took myself off of both thanks to herbs (especially Lion's Mane), acupuncture, and adding more animal products, avoiding toxins, adding sunlight and cod liver oil, adaptive yoga/PT/massage...Lots of TCM and Ayurveda and ancestral/evolutionary diet research. They told me diet didn't play much of a role and gave me zero advice beyond "avoid stress." Didn't even mention B12. All the time I was progressing fast and using a wheelchair much of the time-- full-time for years now. I have relearned how to walk and use my (still limited) hands half a dozen times in 13 years. After a certain procedure that my doctors swore was safe and necessary, I remained almost completely bedbound for 2 years, clawing back my function over the last year by ignoring the standard advice. I recently walked across the room with a cane. My hands are working better. It feels like a miracle. I wish more MDs were intelligent, curious people, but I now put more faith in NDs, herbalists, acupuncturists, biochemists... I already started beef organ capsules and collagen, but I'm going to get venison from my dad and seek out grass-fed meat. I do better with some plants (I lose too much weight with full keto), but I think animal-based is the only way to get adequate nutrition from nature. Vegans often eat a lot of processed food. I have a lot of emotions about this, but the main one is gratitude for every millimeter of paralysis that I reverse, every flame of pain that dissipates. I'm so happy to hear about others healing themselves through food as medicine and other traditional/holistic methods. I will share Emily's story. Thank you both ♥️

Thats why growing and making your own food is a human requirement. Big companies are always gonna find ways to tamper with food for profit not for health reasons. Theres never been anything wrong with fruits or vegetables its what and how they grow there crops is the question.

I have researched and watched thousands of hours of videos over the last 5 years. I an 71 as of Nov of 2024. Its xmas eve and I am now more motivated to do carnivore than ever. I have done low carb keto but Not disciplined enuf. Too much cheat. So, here it goes. I am embarking on the journey starting 2025. I have already tested the waters. I handle carnivore well. I believe in fasting and have been successful at it. Gonna do prolong fasting of 72 hrs once a month with consistent 18 to 20 hr fasts almost everday. I know it works. I also plan to up the exercise routine along with resistance and yoga. Not just for weight loss but for stem cell production. Will see. Cheers to 2025 and beyond Let me quote one of the great Jack Lalannes quotes. " If man makes it, dont eat it " ...and " I can't die, it will hurt my image " He was not carnivore but did eat salmon. He tried several diets during his lifetime. Big juicer. Every morning after waking at 5:30. One hour of weight lifting. He also swam and walked everyday. Oh yes , he believed and said, " Exercise is king and nutrition is queen " Lastly, at 70 years of age he pulled 70 boats with 70 people in the small boats in a bay in california. I don' t remember how far but i saw a pic of him with a rope in his mouth swimming. Incredible at any age. Great motivation. He was very positive.
