I invite you to make these small tuna croquettes that are perfect for appetizers. These crispy and melt-in-your-mouth bites will delight your taste buds and those of your guests. These tuna croquettes are easy to make and require only a few simple ingredients... You'll need a bell pepper and an onion!
Ingredients:
For the croquettes
1 small can of tuna
1/2 bell pepper (red, green, or yellow)
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic
80 grams of breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of parsley
Salt and pepper
Olive oil for cooking
For the sauce
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
Zest of half a lemon
Juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon of chives
Salt and pepper
