Do you have a pack of mascarpone?
Then forget the scales!
Today I share with you a quick and easy recipe of mine, which is made by measuring all the ingredients in the mascarpone bowl.
A super soft and delicious breakfast cake! It is done without weighing anything. The scale is not needed.
INGREDIENTS
Makes about 16 cakes or a 24 cm diameter cake
4 eggs
1 tub of mascarpone
1 tub of sugar
1 tub of flour oo
1 sachet of yeast
1/4 cup of seed oil
to taste: 50 grams of almonds and chocolate chips
