Hello, dear host: I would like to feedback and offer some positive and true-hearted advice. I'm from China. Based on a significant scientific studies from top ranking Veteran Medical Center in China, it's not perfect match for milk and big oat. Because some phytochemicals in oats will stop humans from take in Calcium. Further, coffee also stop people from absorb Calcium. So, I use your recipe but revise a little. I use soybean milk instead of milk. Plus, I replace coffee with cinnamon. Truth be told, your recipe is amazing and umami. Thank you a million ❤❤❤❤❤❤

not healthy. Oats have MUCH hidden sugars after eating even if u ate it without sugar. Banana is sugar, Oat + banans = too much sugar in ur blood. Oats 'dont love fruits'

Upon further research into other cooking channels on YT, I found using click baits is quite common. One common technique is: "If you simply put this with that, the results will be amazing". But once you get sucked into watching the video, you will find that there are other ingredients needed, and the cooking process is quite complicated.

Как это не требует духовки , а в чем вы запекали 30 мин. С глазурью не очень. Можно в первый замес сразу внести сахар.Расплавить шоколад и покрыть выпечку.,будет проще и быстрее.
