Love the concept. Blows my mind that more companies aren't trying to take advantage of this market segment. Would give these guys a shot but their return policy doesn't seem to make sense for something that's so dependent on trying a few options to get the best fit. From what i can tell, they ask you to pay the shipping back for all returns (and maybe even a $5 restocking fee). I don't know about you, but I cant really remember a time when I've tried on a pair of shoes and gotten just the right fit on the first try. So it could get expensive trying to find the right pair and size.

I purchased 2 pairs of 4E fitville Amadeus shoes. My bunion was still rubbing. I had to put a pad under my sock to act as a shim. Then it felt good to me! Next pair was the Amadeus 2.0 with mesh top. Omg, the mesh allows for more toe clearance. These fit perfectly without hurting!

Wide feet, my go to is New Balance for tennis. I have Fitville for walking. NB for sports because of the support along with wide toebox.

What do you think are the differences between the V2 and V3. Which do you think is more breathable.

Does your friend Murph use custom orthotics? Do you sell orthotics there at your shop? If yes, what brands? Considering orthotics (and now a perhaps a different shoe) because of recent foot issues. I want to try off-the-shelf first, then maybe custom orthotics but those are so pricey.

did the V3 have a arch support like V2?

Tried these because I have Morton’s Neuroma and most tennis shoes are a bit too narrow. Unfortunately these were too wide and they charge a $5 restocking fee plus I have to pay the return shipping. If you aren’t 100% sure you can wear this wide of a shoe, beware the potential cash down the drain.

I just ordered 2 pairs and they have a Labor Day sale going on for 20% off. I initially was going to order 1 but there's a $7 shipping fee so I ordered 2 and the shipping fee went away. Total price for 2 was $94.50. I'm currently using my last pair of 12 4E New Balance shoes and those often run $135 - $160 a pair. I hope that they work out. I've had discussions with several other people and they have the same problem with the squished toes. I mentioned Fitville to them and they want me to let them know how it works out.

They use an payments processor that I've never heard of before. Then they use a shipping company that I've never used before: "“When S.F. started delivering packages in the 1990s, it was still an illegal business called ‘black delivery,” Wang said in a Q&A in 2011 with the official People’s Daily, the only interview he is known to have granted. “According to the regulations then, we would be fined if our operations were caught by postal officers, so we had to handle packages sneakily.”" It appears that orders are drop-shipped from China from what I can tell of the delivery company. Shipping time is 5-12 business days. This is kind of like buying a MacBook Pro and having it drop-shipped directly from China.

The package originated in Guangzhou which is near Hong Kong in the south and then traveled to Hangshou which is near Shanghai in the east and then back west to Wuhan. This trip has taken 6 days so far. I'd expect it to travel back to a port city before being sent to another country but I'm not familiar enough with shipping to know whether or not there are direct shipping flights from more interior places. In general, you wouldn't ship something this way in the United States due to costs but it appears to be financially viable to ship things a couple of times around in a large country before it leaves the country.

The shoes arrived about 13 days after I ordered them. One of the boxes was a bit crushed (I haven't opened the other box) but the shoes are fine. The tracking indicates that they traveled to quite a number of cities in China before heading off to New York. My normal tennis shoes are the New Balance 624 in 12 6E and even these are a little tight but they are leather so they stretch. I ordered the Fitville Amadeus in 12 4E and they are comparable to the 624 in 12 6E. The length is a bit longer than True-To-Size but they do fit wider feet. A 6E in these would be ideal for me but I can live with the 4E. The big difference is the price as I got 2 for under $100 compared to $130-$165 for the New Balance shoes. I will be playing tennis in them next week to see how they play.

I finally played with them and they are fine for tennis. The laces are a little on the slippery side and I had to retie one side several times. I may switch in a different set of laces. The shoes basically fit me with a tiny bit of room left and right but not enough space to spread, curl or lift my toes. They have some shoes in 6E and I may look for these for tennis next time I buy. I got 2 pairs for about $45 each which is a great price. They are not like the other brands in that they are fairly heavy but they look pretty durable.

I've been using New Balance Cross Trainers in 6E for many years as their tennis shoes don't come in 6E. I've even looked at their basketball shoes. These are probably worth a shot in 4E as they might fit. I buy 6E when it's available, both for running and tennis. I need a wide and high toebox and a lot of midfoot volume as I also have high arches.

@@kjtennis1254 I just had a look and they only go up to D which is pretty disappointing. I think that this is a low-inventory time of the year as a lot of shoes are out of stock in 4E and 6E. I'm not sure when they refresh inventory.

@@youngsuit No. I bought the Fitville and they are fine with the model I bought. I sized up 1/2 and went with 4E. I think that they have 6E now as well so I will look at those for the next order. I ordered 2 pairs so I'm good for a while. The shoes are on the heavy and clunky side but that's true of all of the shoes I've bought for tennis for the last 20 years. There are just not a lot of options in super-wide.
