Please note that the rule (130) in this video was in accordance with the Road Safety Road Rules 2009 in Victoria, Australia. This particular rule has not changed in the (at time) Victorian legislation, which is the Road Safety Road Rules 2017, S.R. No. 41/2017 Authorised Version incorporating amendments as at 5 April 2023.
The current fine in the 2023/2024 financial year is $192 and 2 demerits.
The rules may be different in your country. Regardless, keeping to the left or right in general (country dependant) is an important part of sharing the road!

I'm glad it might help. In the US, it would be "keep right." Fast lane is the left lane.
