Technically Spanish isn’t the official language of Mexico. They actually don’t have one. They have 68 other indigenous languages recognized but technically no official language. Spanish is just the most common language spoken

@@familyandfriends3519 obviously Puerto Ricans aren't Spanish just like all Latino countries aren't Spanish. out side of Spain and it's Canary Islands. No country is Spanish. Puerto Ricans like other Spanish speaking countries are Latinos. Where most are either predominately mestizo (Spanish and Indigenous) or mulato or tri racial which includes dna from African continent. Puerto Ricans are as latino as other Spanish speaking countries. get out of here with that nonsense. We are only politically American not culturally. That's 1. 2nd Spanish is the oficial language. Puerto Ricans are Latinos 💯 it's what we are who we are it's our culture. Please refrain from making uneducated comments. We have Indigenous Taino dna and customs as well as mostly west African and some North African dna and customs along with obviously our Spanish dna and customs and traditions. All balled up into our Puerto Ricanism. You are either ignorant or just decided to make that comment maliciously to be annoying. Cmon now. Smarten up
