What is the hard sole plan . How do you find it and how do you trim to it

The hard sole plane (HSP) is when any old powder sole has been exfoliated and you are left with a hard waxy layer. 👍

@@lindsaysetchell I made a start last night after watching your "curly feet" video (hoofs are rock solid hard lol but no lammi again) I have to hold back from old ways but is ok my pony reminds me. Would love to do the challenges but can't afford unforunately but finding your discussions and tutorials VERY helpful thankyou for them very much

Very interesting. It would be better for me in French…😉 but I think I understand the most important. So when I have a white line a little wider than it should be I let the too till the soil and make only a small roll …but my trimm lady said we have to rasp the outside of the hood that if we don’t it will come worst…I think it’s an aberration, tho wall becomes thinner and can deform more no ?

Wish I could speak better French! You always need to keep the hoof wall at the toe on the ground. If you trim to the hard sole plane you won't go wrong :)
