Sounds a little too simple. But guess what! Anne Hathaway was approached to star after, but she walked away from the movie as well! Barbie seemed doomed until Margot Robbie entered discussions. And eventually, Greta Gerwig took charge, together creating the iconic 1 billion dollar movie!
