I always wanted at least more content on ran fa li,he looked like someone that would be really important to the story but only was in the game for like 3 cutscenes.

We also think that Ran Fa Li was messed up in the storyline. I mean, besides trying to get his car from the airport and act as a decoy, the guy is completely irrelevant. Sure, he comes to sign the papers in the Four Dragons Casino, but his character is like meh. The fact that he was completely different or that he had a bigger role in the "Fish in a Barrel" mission makes it obvious that he was going to be more important, but for unknown reasons, everything was scrapped.

Definitely! Just imagine him making a cameo appearance as a regular soldier of the Triads and we help him do something big that makes him become the boss of Red Gecko Tong. So many ideas up the sleeve.

GTA San Andreas' storyline are too great, there's a lot of details that actually made me think that 100 Story Missions isnt actually enough to cover everything up. It could've been at least 200.

until now I still don't understand. why is there CJ's business that he owns and he invests in that business but CJ doesn't get paid and there is no symbol of money for us to collect. for example CJ Workshop and also the four dragon casino. while that is CJ's business but we cannot collect money like other CJ's businesses. Example Zero RC Shop. and also other businesses if we have completed the side missions for example the Vallet Hotel in San Fiero and the Business of delivering goods for bicycles, motorcycles and trucks. did the rockstar missed that part or take a decision that is not important. while at CJ's house, we can pick it up. until now still wondering. CJ's main business, but we can't collect the money.

To make a long story short, they probably decided that they are less important. It doesn't make any sense, especially in the case of the Four Dragons Casino, but what can we say. However, if the dollar revenue icons were to be found in the game files being unused in these locations, that would be a different story. That would mean that they were going to use them but abandoned the idea.
