Taller beds are perfect for storage. I realized I was storing a bunch of stuff I didn't need so I got a lower bed to help stop hoarding lol

@Kre8iviT27 yes its not comfortable for me. I'm 6'1 "without shoes on. With shoes, I'm anywhere from 6'3 to 6'5

Not this bed. I would recommend just getting a regular bed that takes a boxspring instead of a platform bed if you don't like them.

I bought a platform bed and wondered about the same thing. I ended up buying a metal box spring with feet. Wayfair has them. It’s best to measure the height of your bed so you will know how tall you want the box spring or legs to be. When all else fails you can always buy a metal or wood box spring and get a customized hole drilled in for feet to screw in the box spring of your choice. Amazon has all types of feet for box springs. I discovered options when my brand new platform beds’ slats broke and I decided to assemble my bed outside of the 30 days return policy window. 😅 I hope this helps. FYI… if you use the box spring method with feet do not use the bed slats or the support post on the inner side of the bed.
