You wanna visit the shire and paint faces? 👀 I tried this exercise when I was 15 and kind of hated it LOL it was important for me to try - and I think it was quite helpful I think it went something like: 1. wrote down 100 things 2. felt frustrated 3. thought about combining all the things into one thing 4. only made sense when I changed the way I thought about it the one thing I got out of it was: living to 100 with the possibility of 80 to 120 and then writing down a much more limited version of all 100 things as tasks to do in the next 5 years in a way that helps towards the big goal but that was a long time ago 😂 thanks for the reminder! you've inspired me to try this again!

Oh, 15 years old! I hope you’ll try again now, it’s relaxing. Last time I did it a few years ago, I was like, 'First, I want to go to the UK, then Italy, and of course, Spain…' I was just counting one by one and not thinking much! XD It gets more interesting when you focus on daily wishes. I managed to reach 16 items smoothly, but I had to squeeze my wishes little by little😅 The next 5 years sounds like a good time span. Maybe we can break it down into small, achievable goals later🤓 I hope you have a wonderful week, see you soon^^

I watched this earlier but was unable to write a comment. I really like the idea of examining WHY we want things - you bring out a great thought that we might be left empty after doing/getting things if there is no fulfilling reason. Being observant of our desires is certainly a good thing for us - helps us to take a direction. I'd love to visit NZ too! It's on my short-list of places to seeeeee. Fantastic content as always, Chika. Thank you for sharing your inspirational self with us!

Hi Brian! I hope you’re having a wonderful week. I just wanted to say that I’ve been really enjoying your daily Inktober posts on Instagram! You have such a variety of styles! ☺️ I am excited your October collection’s video later! I think feelings of desire are very natural for humans, but sometimes ads or external environments influence my actions by showing so much content. Lately, my feed has been showing a lot of Japanese lesson courses… (Should I start studying again? lol). It was great to just sit down and take time with pen and paper, without scrolling through endless information hehe!
