This magnificent sheep milk cheese is made in Devon by Country Cheeses.
There are loads of famous sheep milk cheeses that you may have tried already including Roquefort, Manchego and Ossau-Iraty. They're all fantastic and so different from cow's milk cheeses.

Hey Bartie, yeah, it’s a lovely cheese, but the flavour is quite complex. There’s all kinds of aromatic notes coming through along with the main savoury / sweet / salty combination. Do you like sheep milk cheeses?

Yes i do! Manchego is a favourite chees! We have some great hard cheeses here in Sweden, like Västerbotten and Grev'e. When they are 2 years or older they are really good!

Also, me personally I am a fan of Aged Cheeses like Cheddar that have been Aged for about 5 years, Super Sharp. But even like goat cheese most people prefer it fresh but I like it after it has aged a little bit and developed character...

Ohh, Yes I Do Like It. Very, Very Much, as Aged as I can possibly get it. I really like All Cheeses, except "American cheese" . Because it's not really Cheese ...
