I would assume Sapphiron would heal at least a little unless you perfectly decurse all curses in 2 seconds 100% of the time. Mages/druids will also lose dps/hps to decursing.

That's a fair assumption and something I thought about including but decided not to cause I was to lazy and just assumed perfect play at least in that department. but yea, you could add 5% to Sapphiron health just for that

Your numbers at playing in FrR are wrong. You say, you calc 10 Heals with 575,5 HPS. Meanwhile you use your Raid DPS which you had used by maximising your number of healers and halfing the number of DDs. The 19 minutes comes effectively from 1 Tank, 15 DDs, 10 Heals - 26 Partypeople.

If we take 10k dps as our baseline (for casuals) and multiply it by 0.35 (full FrR dps loss) you get 3500. You than take into account 35% airborn time where the dps is halved (this is an assumption, will obviously depend on raid comp) and you get 2747.5 dps total which equates to 19~ mins kill time

575.5 hps is close to my absolute maximum output, chugging pots, and eating runes like candy. (Hpally) I'm not going to be even close to that while wearing FRR.

Ideally you won't wear any FrR as a healer. It comes down to what piece of gear you already have, for example, if you already have ZG necklace or better, you're better off wearing that than having FrR neck, including the one from Naxx

I can't control what I'm passionate about and I'm ok with that. For the min-max, you're right, I can't never account for all possible scenarios of skill and min-max, but I did cover the absolute max at the end by running the numbers for a guild like Progress and incase you didn't watch to the end, I do believe they can go through Sapphiron without any FrR
