This week's "Brew the Coach's Question" comes from Joe Potter. "I have been running for the past 5 years and my running gait has never been amazing. Last summer, I injured my Achilles tendons when doing some hill running. I figured this was most likely because of overtraining, so I rested and it's mostly fine now. But sometimes I do get some arch pain. I recently went to a podiatrist and they recommended orthotics, which I'd have to wear forever. Is this the only method to fix the problem or the best? Oh, I forgot to mention that my pronation is terrible. I land on the outer front edge of my shoes.
