Yes you can. Most people start on half dosage (25mg Naltrexone) for the first few days, to help acclimate to the medication. Just continue to drink as normal at the start, as long as you ALWAYS take the medication 60-90 mins prior to your first drink of the day.

Winters a tough time to get a detox. I'm trying to get off alcohol obviously going from about twenty nips a day sometimes I can just drink too and I don't have a problem with that. Anyone have any suggestions of where I can go in Massachusetts to find someone to discuss this
