Well hello there. Welcome back to the channel.
Today I visit Northumberland County Hall, in a lovely part of northern England.
This was filmed pre-sabbatical. I didn't realise at the time, 1 of these officers had a run in with ‪@magpieaudits‬ !! I've linked his videos in the description so check his video out after mine.
Northumberland County Hall need to speak to get better at communication, the coppas shouldn't have been called!
Someone recommended a place for me to visit in the comments section, and that place is on my list to go to next. PLEASE leave a comment of somewhere you want me to go to, the only criteria that needs to be met is that it has been taxpayer funded in its recent history, or is being funded by the taxpayer now!! (hospitals and schools are not included in places I will visit)

​@LightsCameraRuction just because you upload to KZbin doesn't automatically mean it's for commercial use .... just a little tip for you ... its only commercial if your in it for monetary gains but even then you can still upload to KZbin for commercial and non commercial reasons so literally on the same day you can record 2 buildings right next to each other and one could be a commercial video and the other can be none commercial.. also don't forget it's up to the police to prove your doing something wrong, you don't have to prove your not doing anything wrong. . That's not how the law works or the police

Don't let them copy the operator ID, they just need to know that you have one, it only shows the owner not necessarily the flier, you do not necessarily need insurance I don't think, as it is classed as a toy?

Unfortunately that's incorrect. Schedule 9 is effectively the drone equivalent of sections 163 & 164 of the Road Traffic Act . All they need to say is that they suspect a flight took ( or is taking ) place, YOU were/are the flyer and that they suspect the drone is of a such a specification that it requires a certificate of competency (

You do not have to give your OP ID, just show that you have one! They are NOT legally aloud to see your insurance unless you have an accident! you only have to have insurance if you are flying for commercial use, ie making money from social media or working for a company carrying out surveys ect..... its sensible to get leisure insurance just to be safe

If my face covrring is in place for religious reasons? What rules apply to allow you to legally compel me to remove it? If none exist. Would it not be discriminatory to force me to do so? If they ask you whether you are wearing it for such reeasons? Ask why that is relevant.

On the face of it, this encounter is an infringement of drone users civil liberties; harassment of people going about their lawful business. When did the police become the drone police, checking insurance and taking and recording details just because a member of the public calls them? Do they check all businesses to see if they hold valid insurances? I'd like to see you push back harder. Quiz them on, and make them articulate, the exact nature of their concerns. Hold them to account for using BWV without informing you. Apply under subject access to see what information is recorded against your name and whether they have any justification to keep it .

Council retaliation is to send clowns in unform to accost you , that is very suspicious behaviour indeed . volunteers at my local Citizens advice admitted they are too scared of personal retaliation to stand up for the public when council employees abuse thier rights . if you check out previous employment records you may find 2 years of voluntary policing as a special is the "team "member they all defer to if you challenge them .
