One thing that is ringing alarm bells for me is the left appealing to emotion. They seem to focus on how it's the right thing to do, its a principled position to vote yes and the such like. The opposition shadow Attorney General who may be a lawyer but not necessarily a constitutional lawyer if there is such a thing, doesn't have access to the legal advice that the Government does. The Government's Attorney General said that he has serious concerns about it after accessing unlimited legal opinion. You can bet that the Voice will be off to court if they don't get their way and you can't get rid of it once it is in the constitution.
