I have a similar story. I used to go camping with my brothers and grandparents. (Of course, it wasn't actually camping. There were shops and playgrounds and a lot of people. And electricity, but not internet.) We had a DVD player and a bunch of movies. We had movies like Up and Ratatouille, and also most of the Ice Age movies. (I specifically remember that we had the third one, which we watched a bunch of times. No wonder it's my favorite Ice Age movie.) But a few months ago, I was sleeping over my best friend's house and were looking through her movies to see which ones we wanted to see. She had some of the Ice Age movies, and we were so happy. (She has the first, third, and fourth one. And also the Christmas sub-film.) A week ago, I re-watched all the Ice Age movies. (But not in order, for some reason. This was the order: third, fifth, second, first, and fourth.) And yesterday, I watched all the Ice Age movies with my younger brother and best friend. (But in order this time.) Whoa, I was telling a story then I quickly went off-topic. It's like the time someone replied to me with all this relogious stuff... but my comment was about Zelda on a Tom and Jerry video. Welp.

Even though I'm late,I just wanna say that Ice Age was one of the best series I grew up with a child. It entertained me,made me laugh,made me cry,etc. I hope we can all appreciate it for what it is as a series and pass it on to our loved ones for them to enjoy. To me, the Ice Age and Hotel Transylvania movies are similar, the first movie/ movies had great characters, stories and emotional scenes with good animation. The final 2 movies flip that by having worse stories and characters but stunning animation.
