main problem of this film is that many people go in treating it like a chris nolan movie, dissecting every minoot detail the character does and judging it by saying something along the lines of "oh that would've never happened, unrealistic!". If you go into the movie to get some enjoyment out of it, turning your brain off, and just watching it as a movie, no expectations, you'd love it. It's why critics trashed on the FNAF movie so much, the movie was made for the fans, and the audience loved the movie. Trap didnt catch me as a horror type film, just went in with 0 expectations. certainly one of the better movies ive seen this year.

It's insanely criminal that the Addams Family was treated like this, like they used the base comic for the designs but then ignored EVERYTHING that made the Addams the way they are. They were never frightened by normal people, they were never hiding away, in the OG show they lived in a suburban neighborhood and most of the humor was everyone else being frightened by the Addams. They're not monsters, they're the ideal family with loving supportive parents, an extensive network of relatives and cousins that all care for each other, and most of all they're incredibly bright and talented people. They're just weird and kooky. It makes 0 sense for them to be reclusive especially when the children all went to normal elementary schools and routinely interacted with other families and kids, no way in hell would Morticia ever be aghast at Wednesday making friends.

transformers is THE pinnacle of franchises. and to see this movie like this is really exciting.

Very well said myfriend. I knew it was going to be a big shadow of the TV show when The original creators left the project due to creative differences. But at least we get new animated series' from the original creators themselves. We'll get to see the team as adults and the new avatar after korra. I'm excited for that. I could careless about the live-action show.
