And not only that, at the end he just doesn't give the food he collected to the bearrrr. This video was very nostalgic, i remember watching the movie and falling in love with the characters so much, i bought the ps2 game, the damn golf gameboy advance game, the movie on dvd a couple months later, and i even remember some of my best days playing the ps2 game from start to finish with a friend or even alone, it was the only game i 100%'d as a kid and this may be really cliché to say but I'd give almost anything to relive one of those days as that kid again who would replay the game over and over to the point i loved the game more than the movie, i really miss this movie, but im glad it ended where it did as a beautiful movie, and didn't have a shitty sequel like open season 2 or something

Never forget, it is also the perfect representation of communism vs capitalism. The argument between the squirrel and the turtle perfectly encapsulates the divide and class conflicts of the bourgeise and the proletariat. On one side we have the squirrel, attempting to seize all the food for himself, that in which represents the means of production of the humans living in the suburb. On the other hand is the turtle, forcing him to return the food to the people, sharing their wealth instead of hoarding it for themselves. This is bizarre. I expected this to be another dry, comedic critique of why some piece of nostalgia was actually garbage. Yet the video praises the movie and all the comments agree. I can still remember thinking to myself that this would be the last CGI kids movie I go to see because I was so sick of them and their mostly predictable stories.
