Thanks brother for sharing. What process did you specifically use to go into your wound and reintegrate it?

@@yessuh1553 a few things lined up for me at the right time. I looked in the mirror one day and realized I had been walking a false path and said enough is enough. I also had a chat with a wise older lady where I realized that the wild man part of myself that I was suppressing was actually the real me. And then developed the courage to keep going.
