Fill your pan just the half way, lesser the depth of cake quickly it bakes and remain soft.

@@neethihariharan3304, make a strip by folding silver foil length wise wrap it around the cake tin, at it's exterior.. You will have beautifully and evenly baked cake.. Guaranteed...
