Hi Craig, Yes happy with the results so far and yes the glue splatter did make me laugh later but it didn't when I was wiping off most of the surroundings including myself 🤣🤣 Cheers Gary

Hi Paul of Wickford ☘️ it’s been a long muddy process but got there in the end! I am never sure that these types of videos are that good tbh as I struggle to get the right camera shots and forgot to film key parts so not always easy to explain or show. Thanks for the positive feedback it’s very much appreciated! Even though the project is almost complete Episode 3 will be a little while off as they take a while to put together. Cheers Gary

Hi Gary, a really enjoyable update. I may have to get some of the woodland scenics mud for when I start to do scenery. Take care Gemma

Really enjoyed watching that Gary. Learned a good deal. I couldn't help but smile when the glue pot decided to splodge. I usually do that with HP sauce bottles. At least you could make use of the glue. It really does look a believable scene. Stephen

Hi Stephen, really pleased to hear that you enjoyed it and even learned something 😊 Yes the glue pot splodge (HP Bottle 🤣) was not great it ruined a good jumper that I was wearing at the time as splattered in glue! Yes I am very pleased with the scene just got a few details to finish off and add and then down to the Viaduct area where the stream continues to flow. Cheers Gary

Hi Gary excellent job there mate. Watched it on the big screen lol. It's a great scene that's come together. We've got a tunnel farm where I used to work, the gamekeeper lived there. Great build mate. Don't know whether you've tried but as the water starts to dry I shape and manipulate it over the rocks and around the rocks to imitate running water so if it doesn't all dry clear it looks a bit like rapids atb Andy
@SC68
@SC68 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Andy, glad you managed to find a BIG screen, hopefully you could make out the details so it looked like 00 🤣 Hopefully its a good representation of a moorland, I am certainly pleased with it but trying not to over do it with too much scenics. Thanks for the tip with the water as I was wondering how you had got that effect with yours. I have ended up mixing the water with a browny paint tint as I was still getting white clumps.I was then going to go over with some white dry brushing for the water flow effect but your idea sounds good. Cheers Gary
