Because out of a roster full of dragon ball characters no one would ever main, or even play, as me. And even if someone did in the dragon ball canon, the budokai tenkaichi tournament has a no killing rule, so i would not die.

@@josephineclaire6892 Kind of what I thought it would be what with how AFK Arena ended up. Which is a shame, because the art style of the game is super inspired. It's a beautiful game. Which is probably the point; Draw people in with great presentation and then gut their wallet once they feel like they're too deep to quit. The AFK games have some of the most egregious monetization in the already predatory gacha industry, but it can't be said that they haven't mastered exactly how to draw attention from people not in the know.

@@WakkaMadeInYevon Oh, it's been years since I last touched AFK Arena. Has it gotten worse? I played that for a few months and it was mostly fine, just got boring. When I left, you could still progress decently without paying, just the gameplay was too repetitive. In AFK Journey I just stopped progressing at any reasonable pace after leaving the first town (which is like 4 days of normal gameplay but could be done in a day). I still collected the AFK rewards and tried progressing for a week but that did like nothing and all the p2w people were already hogging up the server so that there's no chance to win in PVP. Yeah, it's really sad because I love the artstyle, creativity with the characters and the worldbuilding. Shame the gameplay is just bad and the story too poorly executed. There's a mechanic in game that lets people write short comments onto waypoints. There was one dude on my server who started writing a story about a lonely robot. That was so much more interesting than the game story. Also sad that this dude stopped playing/writing those comments before the story really got rolling. If you read this, I appreciate the time you put into that:) and please finish the story, I was too invested

If you actually know anything about Xenoblade 2, Pneuma's the clear one to beat in that final question. Full-blown reality warper. Can go blow-for-blow against someone moving at luminal speeds. Commands a highly advanced military weapons platform that can decimate a landscape with its high-energy particle accelerator cannon or even vaporize a human with just its targeting beam if overdriven. William Afton would be dead in seconds. The AFK Journey character would probably last a bit longer, but not much; illusions don't make much of a difference against an opponent who can make a crater fifty meters across. The only one who stands a chance is Kirby, and he has to get the drop on her right out the gate.

My serious answer for the licensed movie game question: Raya and the Last Dragon. Sure, the story as presented in the movie has issues, and I don't think I'd want a direct adaptation of that story in video game form (though given it's one big fetch quest to recover parts of a broken plot trinket, it certainly fits the video game mold), but the world would make for a perfect setting for a Zelda-style action-adventure game.
