I know you have so many subscribers and comments you don't get to read every one but if you come across this I want you to know how much of a difference you made for me! I stumbled across your channel now I'm subscribed and getting notifications of new videos and keep binge watching videos from like a year ago. I love that you're teaching people how to stay productive because for people like me, it's hard. I'm a single mom and I work full time so every second I'm home I feel like I need to be spending time with my daughter and the fact that you show people it's possible to have your home so productive you don't have to spend a lot of time doing other things rather than spend it with your kids, it just makes me feel grateful! So thank you for doing what you do❤️

Teresa Green Aldi's doesn't have many locations in southern California. They are definitely a better deal, money wise, than Walmart though. Walmart does have lots more nongrocery items as it started out without grocery stores!
@maureenc96738 жыл бұрын
Teresa Green I've been using it for probably three years now. The food has always been fresh for me and if something isn't right, missing or (the one time in three years) expired, just call the customer service line and they refund it with no hassle.

I agree about Walmart's produce. It in the 3 months I've been exclusively using this service I haven't gotten anything I haven't been happy with. In fact on my last order they omitted the precut lettuce I ordered and refunded my money because their bags didn't look good. Usually they can and will substitute whenever necessary.

Your smile makes me smile! These are some great tips. We buy our meats at Costco once a month. I clean, season and bag all my meats including meatballs. For my meatballs I season and load it up with veggies and use my ice cream scoop get perfecteven shapes. I then freeze them for a few hours and portion and bag. As a mom that works outside the home, this has saved me so much time in the evenings. Again, thanks for tips!

I have to say, I tried their grocery service a few months ago, and I'm hooked. They do a very good job. Every once in a while something goes out of stock and they can't fulfill it, but out of 50 items in my order, there might be one. It has really helped me out with meal planning, and not over-buying food top. You can also get health and beauty items and household items, like water softener salt, batteries, & storage containers! Also, Kathryn, please share how to do the produce notes in the cart, I have not been able to find that. It would be a huge help!

I love watching your videos Kathryn even though I live in Scotland. It's really interesting to see the differences between our countries, over here in the UK all major supermarkets (grocery stores) do online ordering and home delivery - it costs as little as £2 to get your groceries delivered to your home address at a time convenient to you. The only stores that don't deliver are Aldi and Lidl.

I have been using Walmart to Go for probably three years. I think we live in one of the first areas that the rolled it out in. I use the delivery and it saves me so much time and money. Even with the delivery fee, I save on gas and impulse buys. I have five kids and Walmart is a weekly basis shopping trip so I have cut that out entirely! I still have to do my twice a month Costco runs but at least cutting out the Walmart trip has made such a difference.

One thing that also helps me cook less is to repurpose leftovers into another meal. For example we have roast one night and the next night I add bbq sauce for shredded bbq sandwiches, or I'll add taco seasoning and then its shredded beef burritos. Leftover chili becomes taco salad served over chips and lettuce. That also helps save money!
