Do NOT put a solid object like ice or frozen aloe vera against a fresh burn. The solid surface traps the heat, making the burn worse. Leave it open or place in cool, running water. My uncle, a fireman, taught me this.

Aloe Vera gel you can directly apply for sunburns to the skin. Other burns to the skin from handling hot objects accidentally, run under cold water first till the sting of the burn subsided. Then apply aloe Vera

Absolutely! I wipe off everything with a disinfectant wipe, or hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle and a paper towel, long before c19. When I don't have those, I'll use white vinegar and a paper towel.👍

Aloe vera actually works better if you don't freeze it. Keep it in the refrigerator so it's nice and cool. Then when you gently apply it, it will cover well and last longer on the skin. It just doesn't do it in the form of an ice cube.😊

Rubber cement works best on air mattresses. The glue has to be flexible. Put it on the hole and then put one of the patches on top of it and let it dry for about five hours.

Numerous reports have shown that "aloe gel" has little to no actual aloe in it, and it's mostly a refined petroleum jelly. Also, as someone else said, don't tell people to put ice on burns! You often don't even realize how bad a sunburn is at first, so just don't risk it.

You can also just put the whole bottle of aloe vera gel in the refrigerator. That way it gets nice and cold and it will feel so much better going on the sunburn then if you just leave it out at room temperature… and if you have kids and you do it that way it seems to make it seem like it works so much better than if it was just sitting on the cabinet wearing your medicine cabinet because of it being cold will take their mind off of the sunburn and it kind of numb little bit

Hi, Heather. : ) Dogs are the best! The second dog sling you got with the mesh and pink color is what I have for my miniature dachshund. It’s perfect for when we are shopping inside a store and I also use it for him for walks since my other two dogs are bigger and need more exercise. I just pop him inside the sling. Huh I never thought of using that super glue to fix inflatables! I have a unicorn sprinkler I need to fix. I use this super glue gel to glue my false nails on though and they last for a couple of weeks! Best nail glue I’ve been using it for years now

Honey, you need to visit the Dollar Tree stores here in NYC. They are the bottom of the barrel !!! And no it’s not due to crime they are just ran poorly, stores are always bare even prior to the lockdowns. Compared to Family Dollar stores they have it going on 😊❤

Wait wait wait. Hold up. Those 3M adhesive stick on sleeves for the back of your phone- be VERY careful with those. I bought one for my son so he didn't have to take his wallet into school. So at the end of the school year he wanted it off his phone. We tried to remove it... it's just an adhesive- right?? WRONGO! 😅 We tried to remove it and it took the back of the phone off with it. It left this big hole where the adhesive was. The inside of the phone was completely exposed. It worked for about 2 weeks after that and then it just stopped working entirely. He couldn't even power it on. It wasn't a cheap phone either- it was an iphone 14- I just wanted to share what happened when we used it. 😊

Hope she washed the exterior of that ice cream container… all I kept thinking was dirty germs handling that container at the store once it was put on the shelf in the freezer. Even if the knife is clean, you’re cutting into a dirty item into your food and consuming it, that’s kind of gross. Also, I worked with superglue as a forensic scientist, and you don’t want to touch that with your hands or inhale the fumes. Do not ingest or allow to absorb into your skin that can be dangerous. When working with that chemical you should always wear gloves.
