I think you'd have a great time on ONX, it's a pretty new server but it's got some insanely good RPers on it. It's serious in the sense that everyone is fully in character all the time and there's no neon hypercars flying around at 300mph, but there's lots of people doing lots of funny shit on it, you don't have to play a "serious" character and people aren't elitists at all. It plays a lot less like an MMO than most other RP servers too which is a big plus.
