It is time to share something original Hungarian with you. I saw a baking show on German TV where they shared a recipe that was not quite correct, therefore I had to bake the original one to share it with the people. It takes ca. 3-4 hours of work but it is worth it, I promise! It looks so beautiful! The music of the video is also Hungarian. Enjoy it!

Ingredients (for a 22 cm cake):
Sponge cake (6 layers)
- 6 eggs, separated
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 100 g flour
- 35 g melted butter (not margarine!!!)
Butter cream filling
- 35 g cocoa butter
- 35 g 99% dark chocolate
- 200 g 70% dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 235 g butter, room teperature
- 17 g vanilla sugar
Caramel topping
- 200 g cubed sugar (this is the cleanest sugar, you can also use normal sugar)
