There is always noise. That's one of the biggest mental attacks in lockup. Always noise. White noise attacks your sanity. You can't get away from it

@@nemochicky4697 No they are broken and get worse. Then the you have a mental patient locked in small space with others. Without medical help for it.

These guys don't want out. They are institutionalized and this is the norm and more comfortable than the rules to live on the outside.

I do believe some can be rehabilitated and trained to live on the outside, education, training, hobbies. No one should go in at 16 and be there 29 years. In order to get out, they need to test out. Something has to be learned or they are the same convicts going out that came in. We gotta do better even with the system inside. Russia doesn't let inmates interact at all. And their eyes are coveted when going from one place to another so they are always disoriented. There are ways to control and deter.

@@brandonVZ I said go in at 16 and stay for life. Of course they must pay at 16 but to hold that person their whole life, it is cruel unless deemed a sociopath.

@@biancakaye2721 I mean if you take someone’s entire life away it kinda does warrant life in prison. Circumstances excluded ofc.

@@brandonVZ even if you are 16? The frontal lobe of the brain is not even fully functioning yet. Its a difficult call for sure but if it's premeditated I could understand but most 16 year olds cannot premeditated. It is usually impulsive. I can see life with a chance of parole after 25 years. 16 is still a kid physiologically.
