So glad I found this video! I’m getting more into my self care. Been on a great skin routine for almost a year now (First time I’ve ever kept the same one for so long - but my skin is finally calm for the most part so yes). But this is great since I’m getting more into serums, acids, moisturizers as I’m having trouble finding which ones fit my sensitive oily skin 😭😭so it’s a task but worth it.

yes please, i was actually going to search her channel about this today. my main issue is scars/hyperpigmentation but only really secondary to ingrown hairs - i don't know how to fix the issue because aside from that my skin is a lot better. sometimes, i found because my skin turnover was increasing it would make the ingrowns worse - which would lead to more pigmentation in the same areas! it's quite tricky to combat please help!!

Till date she has beautiful plump skin and she’s 62. It’s more about what goes inside us that shows on our face. Simple food and avoiding junk. Yes! Men's skincare, please! We also care about our skin. I'm in my mid 30s and still deal with cystic and hormonal acne. I wear glasses and frequently break out in my nose bridge area due to the nose pads on my frames; Do you have any recommendations? I also feel like frequent reapplications of sunscreen exacerbate my break outs, but I don't want to give up SPF protection. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you Dr. V for your great educational content!

I am SOOO GRATEFUL I never listened to other KZbinrs “Skin Care Specialists or Enthusiasts” because I knew something was up most of them have pigmented skin and there skin looks off and now I know WHY! Because they put an unstable UV party on their faces in the AM and use fragrances and alcohol. Thank goodness for Dr V.

P. S. Dr. Alexis Stephens actually promotes using Vitamin C in the mourning under your sunblock to boost protections against free-radicals.. And she also promoted using Azeliec acid in the morning under her sunblock - despite having very senstive skin - to leave the night for exfoliating acids "BHAs/AHAs".. Soooo... There's another good opinion from a dermatologist who's also a person of color.. A black woman.. I. E. She's even more melanin-rich than Dr. V 😅

Great video, but again, please list down the order exactly the way you tell us(with and without options) I feel you give so many options but are not giving the exact layering order. Do we use ALL the actives at once or do we choose which one we want to use. Maybe it's only me who's not quite getting it 🙄 I think the comments from other people reflect the same. Thank you 😊

Please do a video on non-comedogenic moisturizers. I am Indian with combination-oily acne prone skin and it's so hard to find a moisturizer that doesn't break me out or make me feel greasy! I recently started following you and I've learned SO much in a few days. Thank you so much!

@@kole1ful don't use too much. Use just a corn kernel size. If it's still irritating, it means you have micro scar on your face or problems with your skin barrier. Try to fix that first. Just cleanse, wear basic moisturizer (like cerave lotion) and sunscreen for a while until your skin barrier is healed. After that, you can add actives to your routine.

@@kole1ful have you tried different brands? Many times its the formula and the other ingredients in there.🤞

@@kole1ful maybe you're using too high a concentration eg to niacinamide 10%. Had the same reaction. Maybe start with niacinamide in a moisturizer eg cerave pm or try putting a lightweight moisturizer eg cerave pm first after cleansing then the high strength serum

You have a lot of indian audience. 🇮🇳🇮🇳 You are the only doctor we trust. But buying your products from the UK is very expensive for us. Please do something. Start manufacturing your products here in india (i know its easier said than done) so that we get it in a reasonable price. Every single person here needs you!! 🇮🇳🇮🇳
