You have to enable developer options first so that you can install from unknown sources. You can do this by clicking on the build in the settings until it indicates you're now a developer.

This is not jailbreak or even sideloafing as You have missed turning on developer option and turning on unknown sources and turning off play protect 🤦🏻‍♂️ , and a few other options ,

Always good to find out what different stuff can be done. I've had my Nvidia Shield for 8 yrs now and never looked back! Well worth the £180 I paid and has probably saved me loads of money and buying 5 fire sticks in the same time! Did have a 4k firestick for emergency s but latest Amazon updates have crashed it. I won't buy another Amazon fire stick ever!

I96 D1 TV Stick - Developer option is not activating by clicking on Build or any other options. I am watching it 24 inch LG led tv. Icons are small, any of the launcher just gets installed but doesn't operate. They only show for the movement, the changed interface as long as the app section is surfed. As exiting from the app section it shows as previously was.

I just bought the really cheap ONN google tv box for a big $20 at Walmart. Added a 128gb memory stick. Runs better, more adjustable, and more apps than firestick. I have both right now. Probably will give firestick away as Amazon keeps cracking down on its users. Thanks for starting to do android videos.

Ah well my first Nvidia problem , can download the App, but "Google Play Protection " will not let me install?. cannot get by blockage screen, have checked shield settings all OK .allow downloads , its downloaded ok as I can see it in downloads in Xplorer, will not install , Where do I go to switch if possible "Google Play Protection" off

You need to go to into settings select device preferences tap down presss security restrictions , toggle off verify apps , this will stop google protect

I haveT95 Android box, and love it, but it dos not allow me to scroll up or down, within Netflix, but if I use "mouse mode" to select a movie, or show, on main screen, it will go to selected movie, THEN, i have scroll up and down on secondary screen.

Am trying to download V380 pro camera app on my android TV but I can't find it on my TV's Play store. I have tried downloading an APK file and installing it but it is not working fine, it can't display full screen and it doesn't even show all the content of the display so that I can navigate through the app. Please how can I get it working well
